- Rates for consumer wine tastings and private classes vary depending on the scope, starting at $50 per hour with a $100 minimum. Additionally, a minimum of one hour will be billed for preparation and coordination.
- Payment is due at the time of the event unless other arrangements are made in advance. Returned check fee of $30. If arrangements for invoicing have been made, a recurring late fee of 10% of the total amount due will be added if payment is not received within 10 days of invoice date.
- Automobile travel charges are based on the current IRS-approved rate. Course materials ($5.00 minimum per person). Administrative, hotel, meals, gasoline, and other travel expenses, as applicable, are billed at cost. Round-trip expenses, if not known at the time of invoicing, will be calculated based on twice the one-way expenses.
- Rates for corporate events, seminars, training, educational events, wine and cellar consulting, and writing are negotiated and depend on the scope of the project. Rates for service training of restaurant, hotel and club waitstaff are based on the scope of work and number of students. Call us to discuss your needs.
- Rates for public classes are as posted in the advertising for the class. In case of a conflict, call us for clarification. All prices and terms subject to change without notice.
