Here's a sample of classes available:

Wine Basics

This three-hour class is for beginners who want to learn more about wine in a fun, relaxed manner. The class will introduce you to how wine is made, red and white wine differences, major grape varieties, how to understand wine labels, and how to choose wines to go with food. Six varietal wines will be tasted and discussed.

Wine 101

This three-hour class expands on Wine Basics and provides increased emphasis on grape varieties, honing of sensory perceptions, and a greater number of wine tastings with group interaction.

Focus Series

This is a series of individual classes focusing on specific wines and/or wine producing areas of the world. For example, Red Wines of Italy; The World of Chardonnay; White Wines of New Zealand. The series may also include topics such as dessert wines, wines & cheeses, food/wine pairing, and cooking with wine.
